Job summary

ennnovationHUB is seeking a Senior Google Ads Specialist to own the performance of a brand across multiple markets. You will manage campaigns across Search, Shopping, and Performance Max, driving ROAS and profitability with hands-on experimentation and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns in-house.
• Experience driving ecommerce growth with Google Ads across markets.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to translate insights into actions.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own Google Ads performance for one ecommerce brand across international markets.
• Manage and optimise campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and other types.
• Monitor and improve ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, revenue and profitability.
• Be accountable for growth, efficiency and performance within your portfolio.
• Identify growth opportunities across products, categories, markets and audiences.
• Analyse campaign data and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
• Conduct account audits and implement ongoing optimisation initiatives.
• Collaborate with developers and analytics teams for accurate tracking.
• Work with creative/content teams to improve ads and landing pages.
• Support budget planning, forecasting and performance reporting.
• Stay updated with platform developments and AI-driven features.
• Contribute to testing strategies and experimentation frameworks.
