Job summary

Investigo Limited is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to understand challenges, capture requirements, and design improvements using Dynamics 365 and related CRM platforms. You will produce clear artefacts, support the business case, and collaborate with delivery teams in an Agile environment.

The role involves stakeholder engagement, workshops, and ensuring alignment with governance and data standards while supporting testing and change readiness across projects.

Qualifications

• Proven Business Analysis experience in technology-enabled change programmes.
• Strong requirements elicitation and business process analysis skills.
• Experience producing artefacts for both business and technical audiences.
• Proven stakeholder management across multiple levels in Agile environments.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related customer/operational apps.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to understand business challenges, objectives, and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to capture and validate requirements.
• Analyse current and future-state processes to identify efficiencies, risks, and dependencies.
• Produce high-quality documentation including requirements, user stories, process flows, specs, and acceptance criteria.
• Support business cases and benefits assessments for proposed solutions.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented.
• Assist backlog refinement, prioritisation, and sprint planning.
• Assess impacts across systems, data flows, and operational processes.
• Ensure solutions align with governance, security, and data management standards.
• Support testing, change readiness, and stakeholder adoption.
