Job summary

Investigo Limited is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to understand challenges, capture requirements, and design improvements using Dynamics 365 and related CRM platforms. You will produce clear artefacts, support the business case, and collaborate with delivery teams in an Agile environment.

The role involves stakeholder engagement, workshops, and ensuring alignment with governance and data standards while supporting testing and change readiness across projects.

Qualifications

• Proven Business Analysis experience in technology-enabled change programmes.
• Strong requirements elicitation and business process analysis skills.
• Experience producing artefacts for both business and technical audiences.
• Proven stakeholder management across multiple levels in Agile environments.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related customer/operational apps.

Responsibilities

Experience & Skills

• Essential
• Proven Business Analysis experience gained within technology-enabled change programmes.
• Strong background in requirements elicitation, business process analysis, and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related customer or operational business applications.
• Understanding of CRM platforms and how they support customer engagement, service delivery, and operational processes.
• Experience producing clear and comprehensive analysis artefacts for both business and technical audiences.
• Experience working within Agile or iterative delivery environments.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Ability to operate effectively in environments where priorities and requirements may evolve.

Desirable

• Experience working with enterprise Microsoft technologies, including Power Platform capabilities.
• Exposure to systems integration, data migration, or API-led delivery initiatives.
• Understanding of data governance, information management, and regulatory considerations.
• Experience supporting automation, workflow optimisation, or AI-enabled business solutions.
