Responsibilities

• Configure and customize CRM/D365 CE OOTB as per business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather CRM system requirements.
• Implement and maintain CRM system functionality, including workflows and automation.
• Provide user training and support on CRM system usage.
• Troubleshoot and resolve CRM system issues and ensure data integrity and security within the CRM system.
• Stay updated on CRM/D365 CE OOTB best practices and new features.
• Collaborate with IT teams for CRM system integrations.

Skills

Proficiency in configuring CRM/D365 CE OOTB

Strong understanding of CRM system architecture and data models
