Job summary

Regus is hiring a Community Associate to work closely with customers, solving problems and ensuring they have everything they need in the centre. You’ll be the friendly first contact, balancing complaints and requests with a calm, professional approach.

You’ll arrive early to prep the centre, greet guests, help with WiFi codes, directions, packages and projector setups, and assist with events. You’ll manage mail, draft follow-ups, and support posters and invites to keep our community connected

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering high-quality service.
• Positive, enthusiastic and adaptable to fast-changing situations.
• Comfortable using MS Office and basic IT packages.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, address a range of requests with a friendly, professional approach.
• Assist customers with WiFi, packages, directions, and meeting room setups.
• Handle mail and communication tasks, including follow-up emails.
• Support events: planning, invites, posters, and networking activities.
