Job summary

IWG plc, operating Regus centres, is hiring a Community Associate to support customers and ensure day‑to‑day operations run smoothly. You will help with WiFi codes, directions, deliveries, room set‑ups and refreshments, while maintaining a welcoming environment.

You’ll also manage mail, follow up inquiries via email, and assist with planning networking events and promotional posters. A positive, proactive attitude is essential in a fast-paced centre setting.

Responsibilities

• You arrive early to ensure the centre opens smoothly and everything is ready for customers.
• Assist customers with requests such as WiFi codes, directions, packages, and room set‑ups.
• Sort mail and respond to customers; follow up on earlier inquiries by email.
• Assist the Community Manager with planning events and creating invitations and posters.
• Wrap up the day by guiding groups to nearby dining options and ensuring a tidy closure.
