Job summary

Regus is seeking a Community Associate to join one of our Regus centre teams. You will interact with customers, resolve simple issues, and ensure the centre operates smoothly throughout the day.

You will handle tasks such as assisting with WiFi and packages, guiding visitors, and coordinating events. A friendly, proactive attitude and basic IT skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Strong communicator able to build relationships with customers.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist centre customers with queries and requests.
• Provide practical support like changing WiFi codes, directions, and projector setup.
• Process mail and communicate updates to customers via email or in person.
• Assist with planning and promoting events and networking activities at the centre.
• Wrap up the day by guiding customers to exits and ensuring the space is tidy.
