Job summary

Regus in Stratford-upon-Avon is seeking a Community Associate to support customers in our centre. You’ll handle day-to-day requests, help with bookings, WiFi access, mail and events, and ensure a smooth, welcoming environment.

You will arrive early, coordinate with the Community Manager, draft invites for networking events, and assist with notices and posters. The role combines guest services with light administrative tasks and a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• We are seeking a candidate who can manage multiple tasks while delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential to work with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to take ownership of problems and find practical solutions.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic IT packages is required.
