Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor in automotive Aftersales.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
• Knowledge of Kerridge/ADP is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Booking MOTs, services and other repair work for customers.
• Advising customers about warranty cover and upselling additional parts / accessories.
• Liaising with Aftersales to organise and schedule appointments based on workload.
• Managing a high-volume of customer interactions and calls.
• Informing customers of turnaround times and updating records in the system.
