Job summary

Carrier UK is seeking an organised administrator to manage purchase orders, liaise with installers and merchants, and advise on parts and pricing. You will maintain CRM data and handle inquiries by phone and email in a busy office environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage purchase orders through to delivery, including sourcing and liaising with suppliers and customers.
• Handle telephone and email requests from the network of customers (installers and merchants).
• Advise customers of spare parts numbers for boilers.
• Advise customers on price and stock availability.
• Maintain customer data in the company CRM system.
• Perform other tasks relevant to the role.
