Consula Group LTD is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to guide projects from initiation to delivery within a hybrid setup, splitting time between the London office and remote work. Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Manager, or similar delivery-focused role.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, PRINCE2, or similar).
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects.
  • Confident communicator — able to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
  • Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, or equivalent.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently in a hybrid environment.
  • A relevant project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, APM, PMP) is desirable but not essential.

  • Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to meet deadlines.
  • Facilitate project meetings, capture actions, and hold teams accountable for progress.
  • Maintain project documentation, risk registers, and status reports.
  • Act as central point of contact between internal teams, stakeholders and external partners.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers; escalate or resolve swiftly.
  • Support resource planning, budget tracking, and reporting as required.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes.

We are recruiting on behalf of a dynamic and growing organisation based in Shropshire that is looking for an experienced and highly organised Project Coordinator to join their team. Working in a hybrid capacity, you will have the flexibility to split your time between the London office and home, while playing a central role in the coordination and delivery of key projects across the business. What You Will Be Doing
