Job summary

Pho Milton Keynes is seeking a cool and charismatic Assistant Manager to join the management team. You’ll lead front-of-house and back-of-house operations, supervise staff, and help maintain the lively Pho atmosphere.

The role offers a base salary of £32,400 plus tron, with total package up to £42,500. You’ll be paid biweekly, enjoy staff meals, discounts, and training as you grow with Pho. You’ll coordinate with suppliers, schedule shifts, and contribute to a great guest experience every day.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant management experience.
• Strong passion for food and guest service.
• Able to train, develop and rota-schedule staff.
• Experience communicating with suppliers.
• Comfortable using systems for stock ordering.

What Pho is looking for:

• Minimum x1 years’ Restaurant Management experience. Bar or restaurant, or a bit both
• Big passion for food! As part of our management team, you’ll be expected to learn everything about our fresh food.
• A people person ready to assist in staff training, development and rota scheduling
• Experience communicating with suppliers.
• Comfortable using different systems as part of your day-to-day. E.g. Acquire for stock ordering.
