Qualifications

• Proven administrative experience with office management and clerical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and organize information for conferences, speeches, and reports.
• Edit, proofread, format, and produce documents; complete form filling and data entry.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, diaries, and travel arrangements.
• Receive and relay telephone messages; manage executives' time with internal/external sources.
