Job summary

Canterbury Mercedes-Benz is recruiting an experienced Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team on site. You will build rapport with customers, coordinate with the Aftersales department, and drive first-class service while reporting to the Aftersales Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive aftersales is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work in a busy, target-driven environment.
• Willingness to engage in upselling parts and services.

Responsibilities

• Book MOTs, services and other repair work for customers.
• Advise customers about warranty cover and upsell parts and accessories.
• Coordinate with Aftersales to schedule appointments based on workload.
• Handle high volume of customer calls and online bookings.
• Inform customers of turnaround times and update records in systems.
• Maintain accurate customer records and bookings in Kerridge/ADP.
