Lookers Motor Group Limited, trading as Mercedes-Benz of Shrewsbury, is recruiting an experienced Service Advisor to join our on-site Aftersales Team. You will report to the Aftersales Manager and deliver a first-class customer experience while coordinating MOTs, services and repairs.

We offer a strong, uncapped OTE up to £35,000 with a £29,000 base. Expect structured progression, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing brand training to develop your career within the automotive industry.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive Aftersales environment.
• Strong customer service focus with ability to upsell where appropriate.
• Excellent communication skills and rapport building with colleagues and customers.

Responsabilités

• Booking MOTs, services and other repair work for customers;
• Advising on warranty cover and upselling parts/accessories;
• Liaising with Aftersales to schedule appointments based on workload;
• Managing high volume of customers and calls daily;
• Informing customers of turnaround times and updates;
• Maintaining accurate customer records in systems.
