Canterbury Mercedes-Benz in Canterbury is recruiting an experienced Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team on site. You will book MOTs, services and repairs, advise on warranty cover, and upsell parts to customers.

Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, you’ll thrive in a busy environment, deliver excellent customer experiences, and develop your skills through in-house brand training and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering a first class customer experience in a busy retail or automotive setting.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical information clearly.
• Proactive with a positive, energetic approach and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Book MOTs, services and repairs for customers.
• Advise on warranty cover and upsell parts and accessories.
• Coordinate with Aftersales to schedule appointments and manage workload.
• Handle a high volume of customer interactions daily by phone and online.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update booking systems.
