We’re Hiring! KS2 Teaching Assistant

Location: Longbridge
Start Date: January 2026 (option to start sooner if preferred)
Hours: Full-time, Term-Time Only (School Hours 8.30am-3.30pm)

A popular, welcoming and supportive primary school is looking for a dedicated KS2 Teaching Assistant to join our friendly team on an ongoing basis from January 2026. If you’re passionate about helping children thrive, we’d love to hear from you!

About the Role

As a KS2 Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support teaching and learning within the classroom setting and sometimes take children out in small groups to work at a slower pace.
  • Work with individuals and small groups to boost confidence and progress.
  • Assist the class teacher with resources, activities, and daily tasks.
  • Help with playground supervision and other daily school duties.
  • Maintain a positive, organised and safe learning environment.
  • Build strong, supportive relationships with children, staff, and families.
