Job summary

SSP Group in Glasgow Central Station is seeking a Duty Manager to lead a busy hospitality team. You’ll open and close the site, manage daily operations, and guide staff through busy shifts to maintain a high-energy, welcoming atmosphere.

You will inspire great customer service, be the go-to person for queries, and focus on performance improvements. Previous team leadership in hospitality or retail is ideal.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in hospitality or retail.
• Willing to work full-time (30+ hours per week).
• Must be 18+ to perform certain tasks or shifts.

DUTY MANAGER - TORTILLA, GLASGOW CENTRAL STATION

Pay Rate: £13.75 per hour + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 am, bringing your rate of pay to £15.25 per hour.

Shift Pattern: Full-Time (30+ hrs). Shifts between6am, any 5 shifts out of 7. Working flexiblyacross weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

• Due to some responsibilities within the Bar Supervisorrole, applicants willneed to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.

• Lead your team through busy shifts, keeping the energy high and the atmosphere positive.

• Results focussed, staying informed about unit performance and championing improvements.
• Previous experience leading a teamin a busy Hospitality or Retail environment is ideal!
