Job summary

SSP is seeking aDuty Manager at Cardiff Airport to lead a busy hospitality team across shifts from 3am to 11pm. You will own opening, closing and daily operations, solving problems on the fly while maintaining high service standards.

With 30 hours per week and a pay rate of £13.75 per hour, you’ll earn an extra £1.50 per hour for hours between midnight and 6am, bringing the rate to £15.25 per hour. Prior supervisory experience in hospitality is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 years of references and Criminal Record Check required.
• 18 years or over to perform certain tasks or shifts.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of opening, closing, and daily operations while solving problems on the fly.
• Lead your team through busy shifts, keeping the energy high and the atmosphere positive.
• Inspire your team to deliver great customer service and be the go-to person for queries.
• Stay informed about unit performance and champion improvements.
• Previous experience leading a team in busy Hospitality or Retail is ideal, especially night shifts.

DUTY MANAGER - CARDIFF AIRPORT, GREGGS.

Pay Rate: £13.75 per hour + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6am, bringing your rate of pay to £15.25 per hour.

Full Time: 30 hours.

Hours of operation are3am to 11 pm.Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.
