Job summary

Prezzo is seeking a high-energy Duty Manager to bridge floor and management at our Wisbech restaurant. As a keyholder, you open and close, lead the team during busy shifts, and ensure guests experience our Hospitality Magic.

You will earn £12.99 per hour, rising to £13.50 when you work as Manager on Shift, plus Tronc and other perks such as free meals, a birthday off, and 50% off food.

The Role

You are the heartbeat of the shift. As a keyholder, you'll open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences our "Hospitality Magic." You'll master the "behind-the-scenes" stuff- like cashing up and compliance- while staying front-and-centre as a role model for the team.
