Job summary

Prezzo in Peterborough is seeking a high‑energy Duty Manager to bridge the gap between the floor and management. You’ll open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the General Manager is away, and be a visible role model for hospitality magic.

You’ll earn £12.99 per hour, rising to £13.50 when you work as Manager on Shift, plus Tronc and perks such as free meals on shift, your birthday off, and 50% off food for you and your crew.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience as a server or supervisor, ready for more.
• Ability to lead a team through busy services and guest flow.
• Positive, energetic attitude and a player‑centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant and manage shifts when GM is away.
• Lead the team and model outstanding hospitality for guests.
• Handle cashing up, compliance, and front‑of‑house operations.

The Role
