Prezzo Italian in Bath is seeking a high-energy Duty Manager to bridge the gap between the floor and management and deliver exceptional hospitality.

As a keyholder, you will open and close the restaurant, lead the team during busy services, and ensure guests experience our Hospitality Magic while handling cashing up and compliance with frontline leadership.

Qualifications

• Solid experience as a server or supervisor.
• Ability to lead a team through busy service.
• Reliable, positive, and customer-focused.
• Eager to learn the operational side of a restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant as a keyholder.
• Lead the team when the General Manager is away.
• Ensure guests experience our Hospitality Magic.

The Role

You are the heartbeat of the shift. As a keyholder, you’ll open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences our "Hospitality Magic."
