Job summary

Prezzo Italian in Woodbridge is seeking a Duty Manager to lead shifts, open/close the restaurant, and serve as a role model for the team, delivering hospitality magic to guests. This is your chance to bring energy and leadership to the floor and learn the business from the ground up.

You’ll manage cashing up, compliance and front-of-house operations while keeping the team motivated and focused on guest experience.

• Solid experience as a server or supervisor and you’re ready for more.

The Role

You are the heartbeat of the shift. As a keyholder, you’ll open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences our "Hospitality Magic." You’ll master the "behind-the-scenes" stuff—like cashing up and compliance—while staying front-and-centre as a role model for the team.
