Prezzo Italian is seeking a Duty Manager to lead shifts, open and close the restaurant, and guide the team in delivering high-quality hospitality. You will balance front-of-house leadership with hands-on involvement in daily operations to inspire service excellence.

The Role

You are the heartbeat of the shift. As a keyholder, you’ll open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences our "Hospitality Magic."
