Job summary

Prezzo Italian is seeking a high-energy Duty Manager to bridge floor and management. You’ll open/close the restaurant, lead the team on busy shifts, and ensure guests enjoy our Hospitality Magic. This is a great step toward further managerial growth within Prezzo.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience as a server or supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant as a keyholder.

The Role

You are the heartbeat of the shift. As a keyholder, you’ll open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences our "Hospitality Magic." You’ll master the "behind-the-scenes" stuff—like cashing up and compliance—while staying front-and-centre as a role model for the team.
