Job summary

YMCA Doncaster is seeking a flexible team member to cover frontline duties, including accommodation duty cover, and to act as Duty Manager. You will handle staffing issues and provide on-call support on a rota with others.

You will bring experience managing people, resources or buildings, strong organisational and IT skills, and the ability to manage a varied workload while upholding YMCA values.

Responsibilities

• Cover frontline duties, including accommodation duty cover and reliable attendance to ensure continuous cover.
• Act as Duty Manager, handling staff or other issues per procedures.
• Provide an out-of-hours On Call service on a rota with others, arranging cover as needed.
• Take on administrative, leadership, reviewing or project duties during illness, leave or vacancies.
• Oversee applications for accommodation, gather info from agencies, interview applicants.
