YMCA Robin Hood Group in Nottingham City Centre is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead our Housing Duty Workers, ensuring high service standards and a culture of excellence. You will support staff and manage day-to-day operational challenges with a focus on safeguarding and outcomes for residents.

You will work Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours, on a 2-week rolling rota with shifts from 8am–4pm and 3pm–11pm. A car and UK driving licence are required to travel between locations.

YMCA Robin Hood Group is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead our dedicated team of Housing Duty Workers across our Nottingham City Centre accommodation buildings. Your role will involve ensuring operational standards are met, staff feel supported and fostering a culture of excellence., Support your team with operational challenges.

This is the perfect role for anyone who enjoys variety, loves being busy and thrives off never being able to predict exactly what will happen that day!

You will work Monday to Friday, 37.5 hour per week. We work on a 2-week rolling rota so you would have advance warning of your shift patterns.

The rota pattern is:

8am to 4pm

3pm to 11pm

There is no requirement for you to work weekends; we have a separate team for that!

You will need a car and UK driving license to be able to do this job as you will travel between our locations frequently.
