The Range is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to support the day-to-day running of a busy Leamington store. You will work with the Store Manager to deliver outstanding customer experiences, maintain store standards and lead colleagues on the shop floor.

Key responsibilities include coaching teams, managing stock and deliveries, and ensuring compliance with health & safety and EPOS procedures in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualificações

• Previous retail supervisory, team leader or management experience.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational and problem-solving ability.
• Hands-on, flexible approach in a fast-paced store.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily store operation and standards.
• Coach and develop store colleagues, including induction.
• Ensure customer service, merchandising and health & safety compliance.
• Monitor stock movement, deliveries and pricing compliance.
• Open and close store procedures, lead by example.
