Qualifications
- Previous retail supervisory, team leader or management experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good organisational and problem-solving ability.
- Hands-on and flexible approach; capable in fast-paced retail.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and handle queries professionally.
- Lead and coach store colleagues; drive team performance.
- Maintain store standards, merchandising and stock availability.
- Monitor stock, deliveries, EPOS, pricing and compliance.
- Assist opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure health & safety compliance and secure cash and stock.
