Job summary

Iceland is seeking a committed Duty Manager to join our growing UK team. You will work as a Retail Assistant and receive a £2 per hour supplement for the time you manage shifts, helping lead daily store operations and customer service.

As Duty Manager you will focus on delivering great availability for customers, lead a team on shift, follow cash handling policies, and support our drive to provide excellent service and sales performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail management or supervisory role is ideal but not essential.
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues to complete tasks.
• Skill in planning and organising shift coverage with the team.
• Provide balanced feedback to improve team performance.
• Hands-on leadership to set pace and deliver a great store.

Responsibilities

• Lead store activities on shift to maximise customer availability.
