Iceland is looking for a committed Duty Manager to join our growing team in the United Kingdom. You will work as a Retail Assistant and receive a £2 per hour supplement for the time you manage shifts.

Lead store operations with a hands-on approach, drive sales, and deliver excellent customer service while following cash handling and security policies. This role offers opportunities for development within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail management or supervisory role ideal but not essential.
• Ability to plan shifts and organise team effectively.
