Qualifications

• Experience in a retail management or supervisory role is ideal but not essential.
• Communicates effectively with every colleague to deliver store tasks first time, every time.
• Plans and organises the shift, using every member of the team.
• Provides balanced feedback when needed to improve the performance of every colleague.
• Sets the pace of the team, when on shift, by being hands on to deliver a great store.

Responsibilities

• Maximise profit with a focus on great customer availability.
• Drive sales by promoting value offers in-store.
• Deliver on actions set by line manager.
• Support store engagement and develop the team.
• Lead with inclusivity and uphold policies on cash handling and security.
• Contribute to delivering the best digital service via standard processes.
