Premier Inn Aberystwyth is seeking a Duty Manager to help run the hotel on shift, leading your team across reception, housekeeping and the restaurant to deliver great guest experiences.

You'll lead from the floor, give pre-shift briefings, coach colleagues and resolve issues to keep operations smooth and guests safe. This permanent role offers 32 hours per week over 4 days, full training, and a clear path to management.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in busy customer-facing environments.
• Ability to supervise across multiple hotel departments.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Lead shifts across reception, housekeeping and restaurant.
• Provide clear pre-shift briefings and coach team members.
• Assist guests with questions and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with Hotel Manager and leadership team to run the hotel smoothly.
