Premier Inn Caernarfon is seeking a Duty Manager to help lead the hotel during shifts, coordinating reception, housekeeping and restaurant teams to ensure a great guest stay.

You’ll be out on the floor, making decisions, guiding colleagues and solving problems in a busy customer-facing environment. A permanent contract with guaranteed hours is offered, with full training and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• The role requires leading people in a busy, customer-facing environment.
• A proactive approach to guest needs and team coaching is essential.
• Adaptability to shift patterns, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts across the hotel and deliver clear pre-shift briefings.
• Support and coach team members throughout the day.
• Help guests with questions and resolve problems promptly.
• Jump in to support different teams from reception to the restaurant.
• Spot issues early and ensure the hotel runs smoothly.
