Premier Inn in Caerphilly is looking for a Duty Manager to help lead the hotel during shifts. You’ll work across reception, housekeeping and the restaurant to ensure guests have a great stay and your team has everything they need.

No hotel experience? no problem—your ability to lead, stay calm under pressure and make quick decisions matters. We offer permanent contracts, guaranteed hours and comprehensive training to help you progress toward a Hotel Manager role.

Qualifications

• Experience leading people in busy customer-facing environments.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Strong decision-making and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts across the hotel and deliver clear pre-shift briefings.
• Support and coach team members throughout the day.
• Help guests with questions and sort out problems.
• Jump in to support different teams, from reception to the restaurant.
• Spot issues early and put them right.
• Help keep guests safe and the hotel running smoothly.
• Work closely with the Hotel Manager and wider leadership team.
