Whitbread PLC is seeking a Hotel Duty Manager for the St Andrews Premier Inn. The role involves leading from the floor, guiding reception, housekeeping and restaurant teams to ensure guests have a great stay, and to keep the hotel running smoothly.

You'll be out on the floor, helping your team, solving problems and making things happen. It’s a brilliant place to start a path toward Hotel Manager, with permanent hours and full training.

Qualifications

• Lead shifts across the hotel and deliver clear pre-shift briefings.
• Support and coach team members throughout the day.
• Help guests with questions and sort out problems.
• Jump in to support different teams, from reception to the restaurant.
• Spot issues early and put them right.
• Help keep guests safe and the hotel running the way it should.
• Work closely with the Hotel Manager and wider leadership team.
