Premier Inn Cirencester is seeking a Duty Manager to lead the hotel on shifts, coordinating reception, housekeeping and restaurant teams to ensure guest satisfaction. You’ll be hands-on, making decisions and guiding colleagues to run the site smoothly.

Qualifikationen

• You don’t need hotel experience; leaders from retail, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, leisure, healthcare and customer service welcome.
• If you’ve led people before, we can teach you the hotel.
• Any role where you’ve been responsible for leading people in a busy customer-facing environment would suit us.

Aufgaben

• Lead shifts across the hotel and deliver clear pre-shift briefings.
• Support and coach team members throughout the day.
• Help guests with questions and sort out problems.
• Jump in to support different teams, from reception to the restaurant.
• Spot issues early and put them right.
• Help keep guests safe and the hotel running the way it should.
• Work closely with the Hotel Manager and wider leadership team.
