Premier Inn Coventry East is seeking a Duty Manager to steer hotel operations during your shift, coordinating reception, housekeeping, and restaurant teams to ensure guest satisfaction. You will lead, brief, and support staff to deliver a smooth guest experience.

Located at Cross Point Business Park, Coventry, this permanent role offers 32 guaranteed hours, full training, and a clear path to future management opportunities within the Premier Inn family.

Qualifications

• Experience leading people in busy customer-facing environments.
• Willingness to learn hotel operations and guidelines.
• Strong communication and guest-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts across the hotel and deliver clear pre-shift briefings.
• Support and coach team members throughout the day.
• Help guests with questions and sort out problems.
• Jump in to support different teams, from reception to the restaurant.
• Spot issues early and put them right.
• Help keep guests safe and the hotel running smoothly.
• Work closely with the Hotel Manager and wider leadership team.
