Premier Inn Oxford South (Didcot) is seeking a Duty Manager to lead shifts across reception, housekeeping and restaurant, ensuring guests have a great stay. You’ll work with the Hotel Manager and leadership team to run the hotel smoothly and support your team on busy periods.

This permanent role offers 40 guaranteed hours, full training, and a clear path to future progression within Whitbread’s Premier Inn family.

Qualifications

• Confident decision-maker able to stay calm under pressure.
• Experience leading people in busy customer-facing environments.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts across the hotel and deliver clear pre-shift briefings.
• Coach and support team members throughout the day.
• Help guests with questions and sort out problems.
• Jump in to support different teams, from reception to the restaurant.
• Spot issues early and put them right.
• Help keep guests safe and the hotel running smoothly.
