Premier Inn in Leek is seeking a Duty Manager to lead the hotel floor, working across reception, housekeeping and the restaurant to ensure guests have a great stay. You’ll supervise shifts, coach colleagues and handle guest queries with calm decision-making.

You’ll start from the floor, not just supervise from behind a desk, and have opportunities to progress into a Hotel Manager role as you gain experience and responsibilities in a busy, customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts across the hotel and deliver clear pre-shift briefings
• Support and coach team members throughout the day
• Help guests with questions and sort out problems
• Jump in to support different teams, from reception to the restaurant
• Spot issues early and put them right
• Help keep guests safe and the hotel running the way it should
• Work closely with the Hotel Manager and wider leadership team
