A.F. Blakemore & Son Ltd are recruiting a Duty Manager for the Quay Road SPAR store in Bridlington. You will report to the Store Manager and lead a team across shifts to ensure safe, compliant operations and excellent customer service.

The role requires previous management experience in fast-paced retail, a proactive approach, and flexibility to cover evenings, weekends and holidays. 32 hours per week at £13.75 per hour plus benefits and bonus opportunities.

• Previous management or supervisor experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Able to plan, organise and prioritise effectively.

Mansioni

• Support the Store Manager to maintain a safe, legal, high-performing store during Duty Manager shifts.
• Assist in delivering all store operations, objectives and KPI targets.
• Coach and support colleagues to build a motivated, empowered team.
• Perform performance and absence management as appropriate.
• Carry out cash handling, reconciliations, voids and refunds as required.
• Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
