Job summary

Hotel du Vin seeks a Duty Manager to oversee customer-facing operations across F&B and Front Office, ensuring smooth service in a bustling hotel. You will be a hands-on manager with experience in a busy Food & Beverage department, aiming to progress from Junior HoD to Senior HoD.

You’ll assist in the smooth running of all customer-facing departments, from breakfast to checkout, and will check bedrooms with the Housekeeping Manager.

Qualifications

• Hands-on manager with experience in a busy Food & Beverage Department.
• Experience in Guest Relations would be advantageous.
• Interest in local hotel trends and developments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the smooth running of all customer-facing departments.
• Work alongside the breakfast team and front office during busy check-out.
• Check bedrooms with the Housekeeping Manager to ensure standards.
• Support progression toward Head of Department roles within the hotel group.
