Job summary

Hotel du Vin Winchester is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee operations across Front Office and F&B teams in our busy boutique hotel, located in the heart of Winchester.

You will be a hands-on manager with experience in a busy Food & Beverage department, supporting breakfast service, managing check-outs, coordinating with Housekeeping, and running service with the Bistro team. This permanent role offers progression to Head of Department and access to training courses and rewards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy Food & Beverage department.
• Hands-on management style with ability to lead across departments.
• Customer-focused approach and guest relations experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in smooth running of all customer facing departments.
• Support breakfast team, manage checkout period, and coordinate with housekeeping.
