Hotel Co 51 UK's Moxy Southampton is seeking a proactive Crew Leader (Duty Manager) to lead a fast-paced hotel team on a full-time contract. The role involves guest service, check-in/out via the Moxy process, and overseeing F&B operations, billing, and BOH organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in the service industry.
• Fluent in English with clear communication.
• Ability to manage a team and guest experience under pace.

Responsibilities

• Help guests and create positive experiences.
• Manage hotel room inventory and check-in/out.
• Operate F&B outlets as per Moxy standards.
• Manage bills and payments.
• Prepare food, clean, stock BOH areas and take deliveries.
• Follow food safety, licensing and health and safety policies.
• Support other Crew Members.
• Promote Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program.
