Job summary

SSP is hiring a Duty Manager for Burger King at Bristol Airport. The role offers a base pay rate of £14.25 per hour, with a night differential of £1.50 (£15.75 per hour) for hours between midnight and 6 AM.

Qualifications

• 5 years of references and Criminal Record Check required.
• Must be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of opening, closing, and daily operations while solving problems on the fly.
• Lead team through busy shifts, keeping energy high and atmosphere positive.
• Inspire team to deliver great customer service and be the go‑to person for queries.
• Monitor unit performance and champion improvements.
• Experience leading a team in hospitality or retail and night shifts is ideal.

DUTY MANAGER - BURGER KING, BRISTOL AIRPORT

Pay Rate: £14.25 per hour + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6AM, bringing your rate of pay to £15.75 per hour.

We have Full Time(30hrs) roles available.

Hours of operation are 3 am and 11 pm. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

ABOUT YOU:

• Due to some responsibilities within the Duty Manager role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.

ABOUT THE DUTY MANAGER ROLE:

• Results focussed, staying informed about unit performance and championing improvements.
• Previous experience leading a team in busy Hospitality or Retail is ideal and/or and if you’ve tackled night shifts before, even better!
