SSP Deutschland GmbH invites applications for a Duty Manager position at Burger King, Bristol Airport. This role leads shift operations from opening to closing, guiding a team to deliver fast, friendly hospitality and handle customer queries with a positive energy.

Available as a full-time 30-hour contract, with a pay rate of £14.25 per hour plus a night premium of £1.50 per hour for overnight hours, bringing the rate to £15.75. Flexible scheduling across days, weekends, and holidays is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in hospitality or retail.
• 5 years of references and Criminal Record Check required.
• Applicants must be 18+ to perform certain tasks or shifts.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of opening, closing, and daily operations.
• Lead your team through busy shifts and maintain high energy.
• Inspire the team to deliver great customer service and handle queries.
• Monitor unit performance and champion improvements.
• Previous leadership in busy hospitality or retail is ideal, night shifts welcome.

DUTY MANAGER - BURGER KING, BRISTOL AIRPORT

Pay Rate: £14.25 per hour + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6AM, bringing your rate of pay to £15.75 per hour.

We have FullTime(30hrs)roles available.

Hours of operation are 3 am and 11 pm .Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

ABOUT YOU:

• Hospitality moves fast - and so do you! If you thrive on action, love leading people, and want to make an impact every day, our Team Leader role’s got your name on it.
• 5 years of references and Criminal Record Check required.
• Due to some responsibilities within the Duty Manager role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.

ABOUT THE DUTY MANAGER ROLE:

• Take ownership of opening, closing, and daily operations while solving problems on the fly.
• Lead your team through busy shifts, keeping the energy high and the atmosphere positive.
• Inspire your team to deliver great customer service, be the go‑to person for customer and team queries.
• Results focussed, staying informed about unit performance and championing improvements.
• Previous experience leading a team in busy Hospitality or Retail is ideal and/or and if you’ve tackled night shifts before, even better!
