Job summary

SSP is hiring a Duty Manager at Belfast International Airport, Burger King. You will oversee opening/closing and daily operations, lead a busy team, and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Earn from £14.31 per hour, with a £1.50 night-shift uplift up to £15.81 per hour. Hours run 3am–10pm, with flexible weekday, bank, and public holiday shifts; join a team operating iconic brands and drive performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading a team in hospitality or retail is preferred.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of opening, closing, and daily operations while solving problems on the fly.
• Lead your team through busy shifts, keeping energy high and the atmosphere positive.
• Inspire your team to deliver great customer service and be the go-to for queries.

Pay Rate: £14.31 per hour+ as a little incentive, you will earn an extra£1.50 per hour for hours worked betweenmidnightand6am,bringing your rate of pay to£15.81 per hour.

Hours of operation are3am to 10pm.Working flexibly across weekdays, bank and public holidays.
