Job summary

SSP, in the United Kingdom, invites you to join as a Duty Manager. The role offers a 30-hour Full Time schedule with shifts from 7:00am to 10:00pm across weekdays, weekends and holidays.

You’ll lead teams at busy locations, deliver excellent service, and help maintain energetic atmospheres across brand sites such as Starbucks and Burger King. Openings emphasise leadership, problem solving on the fly and ongoing development.

• Due to responsibilities within the Duty Manager role, applicants will need to be 18+ to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of opening, closing, and daily operations while solving problems on the fly.
• Lead your team through busy shifts, keeping the energy high and the atmosphere positive.
• Inspire your team to deliver great customer service, be the go-to person for customer and team queries.
• Results focussed, staying informed about unit performance and championing improvements.
• Previous experience leading a team in busy Hospitality or Retail is ideal.

Rate of pay: £13.61 per hour

We have Full Time (30hrs) roles available

Hours of operation are 7:00am to 10:00pm. working flexibly on weekdays, weekends, Bank and public holidays.
