Job summary

SSP's Duty Manager role at Starbucks, Norwich Station, offers hands-on leadership in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You will open and close the site, manage daily operations, and guide a busy team to deliver outstanding service.

• Be aware of unit performance and champion improvements.
• Previous experience leading a team in busy Hospitality or Retail is ideal.

About the Role

DUTY MANAGER - STARBUCKS, NORWICH STATION

Pay Rate: £13.61 per hour + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 am, bringing your rate of pay to £15.11 per hour.

Shift Pattern: Full-Time (30 hrs). Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

• Due to some responsibilities within the Duty Managerrole, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts and will be required to handle and sell alcohol.
