Job summary

Prezzo Italian is seeking a high-energy Duty Manager to bridge the floor and management. As a keyholder, you’ll open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences our Hospitality Magic while you master the behind-the-scenes cashing up and compliance.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience as a server or supervisor and readiness for more.
• Confidence to lead a team through a busy service.
• Reliable, positive attitude and passion for making guests smile.
• Willingness to learn the operational side of a successful restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant as a keyholder.
• Lead the team when the GM is away and maintain guest experience.
• Manage cashing up and compliance while staying visible as a role model.
